Purposeful Concepts LLC. helps users navigate the complex everchanging situations encountered in receiving or delivering health and wellness services.

We provide innovative concepts to engage consumers, caregivers, and health facilities to better understand complex information and processes that improve outcomes.

As a digital resource, members have 24/7 access to information and tools. To foster and enrich relationships between patients and families, providers, or facility teams we blend traditional workflows with pioneering approaches to modern healthcare.

Our virtual archive of health and wellness concepts, with content that easily explains and guides the member through a step-by-step workflow. Regulatory mandates and measures under consideration (MUCs) are easy to understand as we created a simplified navigation process to increase understanding of best practice information.

As a member of the National Quality Forum (NQF) we learned the "average consumer" isn't generally informed enough to be a part of these "conversations" or lack the literacy of how care is regulated and delivered.  That's what we do, guide you! We have organized a plethora of agencies and organizations that address a multitude of topics that include:

  • making care safer
  • expanding telemedicine post-pandemic
  • explaining major healthcare program information
  • the consumer assessment of healthcarwe providers and systems (CAHPS)
  • quality comparisons of facilities and services
  • along with technology and strategy

These tracks can be complicated and time consuming to navigate, and can change based on regulatory compliance and new measures.

With that approach comes unique challenges including thousands of options, on multiple sites, that take a multitude of hours in precious time.  We are members of the National Quality Forum (NQF) which is said to be a “think-tank” as to how new government measures are rolled out with a non-bias approach. We encourage critical thinking when caring for yourself and those you love, and use the same non-bias approach. We offer facilities a different option in training staff, team leaders, and guiding families they care for in care delivery.
